THE RULE

You earn 15% for 12 months on the first subscription a referred company buys within 90 days, for any product they don't already have, as long as they aren't already in an active sales conversation with us.

Recurring revenue only, net of discounts. Reversed only if a payment is refunded. Payouts on Cello's monthly cycle once your W-9 and payout method are in the portal. No tiers, no dollar cap. The one limit is time: you earn on each referral's payments for their first 12 months.

When do I get paid?

As your referral pays. Cello accrues 15% of each payment the company makes in its first 12 months and pays you on its monthly cycle. Annual plan, you see one commission. Monthly plan, you see twelve. You watch it land in your portal.

What counts as a payment?

Recurring subscription revenue, net of any discount, actually collected. Onboarding and one-time fees don't count. If a payment is refunded, the commission on it reverses. Nothing else claws back.

My referral already uses one of your products. Can I refer them for another?

Yes. The check runs per product. A RoofLink customer you send to Sales Rabbit pays. A company already subscribed to the product you're referring them for doesn't qualify, and our partner team lets you know, with the reason.

Two of us refer the same company. Who gets paid?

The first referral that qualifies holds that company for 90 days, for every product. A later referral from another partner is turned down with the date the company frees up. No splits.

They didn't click my link. They called sales.

Then we can't see it, and we can't pay it. Links only for now. Get the link in front of them, even after the call. We'll revisit manual submissions once the program has run a quarter.

How long does my referral stay mine?

If the company becomes a customer within 90 days of submitting through your link, it's yours.

My referral asks what Roof Rabbit costs.

Tell them the truth: pricing gets published when Roof Rabbit opens to everyone later this year, and early access companies see it first. Sales Rabbit and RoofLink pricing is live today.

I don't want cash. I want us to do things together.

Do I have to buy anything?

No. For Roof Rabbit you're applying for early access, and early access is free, no card. For Sales Rabbit or RoofLink you get a walkthrough first. If it doesn't earn its place, you walk.

I already use Roofle or RoofLink. Does this still count?

Yes, if you're being referred for a product you don't already have. Roofle customers know half the machine already. We'll show you the other half.

Who sees my information?

Us. If your referral qualifies, the partner who sent you sees that it came through, plus your company name. Nothing else about you.
